Redevelopment of the former Regents Park Anglican Church site
Delivery of 74 social housing units on the site of the former Regents Park Anglican Church site, to be run by Anglicare Sydney and focusing on providing housing for single women over 55 and families in need of safe and secure accommodation.
The redeveloped site will also include more than 500 square metres of communal space that can be used for community-building events and activities, including those organised by Anglicare and the church.
The project fits with the NSW Government’s low to mid rise housing reforms announced in February 2025 and has been partly funded through the Federal Government’s Housing Australia Future Fund.
