Redevelopment of Christ Church, Gladesville & St Chad’s Putney

Redevelopment of the Christ Church site will allow better interaction with the bustling environment adjacent to Victoria Road, providing a hub for the local community and enhanced ministry spaces for this growing church.

This includes updating existing ministry facilites to make them fit-for-purpose and delivering increased housing stock. The church site will be increasingly activated, meeting the social connection and housing needs of the surrounding community.

The project envisages:

• Retention and update of original Church Building for ministry and preschool
• Construction of new spaces for ministry
• Residential apartments for retirement living and/or social and affordable housing.

At the St Chad’s Putney site, plans include renovations to an existing dual occupancy residence and the provision of new Specialist Disability Accommodation dwellings.
