Appin Greenfields site purchase

This 5-hectare site on Appin Rd is in the midst of an area that is set to grow by more than 53,000 people over the next 30 years. However, the existing church at Appin seats only around 20 people, while the nearby church in Rosemeadow seats 120.

SAP has acquired this site before rezoning has occurred to ensure Sydney Anglicans have a fit-for-purpose facility for gospel ministry in place once new residents begin to move into the area.
