Redevelopment of St Alban’s site at Five Dock

The proposed renewal of this 4,037sqm site adjacent to the new Five Dock Metro Station includes a 15 per cent affordable housing component together with a significant boost to residential housing stock in the area.

The housing is to be delivered in two residential towers alongside new retail, commercial office space and community facilities, as well as the restoration of the St Alban’s Church and Rectory.
